Party Palace Terms and Conditions

Party Palace accepts payments via debit, credit card, Zelle and PayPal. 

Parties aren't booked and confirmed until the full balance is paid 24hrs in advance.

 We have a no refund policy! Dates and times can't be changed unless management agrees, and there is a 48 hrs. notice and a slot available.

 Equipment rental: Our Cotton candy machine, Popcorn machine and Icee machine needs to be empty and ready for pick up once your hourly rate is up. (We will do the cleaning and wiping down of each machine.)

Bounce House: Absolutely no food, drinks, paper, sharp objects, or toys of any kind inside of the bounce house. This will forfeit your deposit!  NO EXCEPTIONS!

Please make sure that kids are not still jumping or in the bounce house when your rental time is up. This helps our team break down the equipment in a safe and quick manner. It also helps prevent anyone from being injured and saves you from being charged an overage fee for time.

 A waiver will be emailed over and to be signed 24hrs before dropping off and setup. 

NO EXCEPTIONS!

Last but not least Safety is our main priority for our staff and our clients. ANY life threatening, vulgar and disrespect towards staff will immediately terminate service and no refund will be issued.
